WHO IS KREMUSHKA ?

About Kremushka

Kremushka (Yana Kremneva) is award-winning teacher of tribal fusion
dance, creative genius and choreographer extraordinaire.
Kremushka rose to famefirst in her native country Russia,
then took the world by storm and became an internet sensation.

She catapulted to global fame at the Moscow dance festival
«Bayadere of Shemakh» («Шемахинская Баядерка»), where she performed a
now legendary number (link to video) in 2016.

When the dance video was reposted
by Rachel Fisher, a popular tribal fusion blogger, it quickly garnered millions of
views and continues to generate interest and admiration around the world.
Kremushka graduated from St. Petersburg university of culture and arts,
faculty of cultural studies, folk dances branch.

Specialization: teacher-
choreographer, head of artistic groups.
Since then, she specialized in dance education, choreography and leadership
of dance troupe «Kremushki».


7 years Kremushka taught at the popular Moscow dance school GallaDance,
becoming the only non-ballroom-dance instructor to reach the top tier «Premier»
status.

Teaching experience: since 2002
First started to dance tribal fusion: April 2014.

Achievements:
  - Was 4 times awarded in the nomination of a teacher of the year at the Dance
Club Awards.
  - Entered Top-50 of best dancers in Russia on the popular TV show «Dancing
on TNT» and participated in a project «Dance» on the top national TV
channel.
- Created unique author’s tribal fusion technique.
-  One of the most sought-after tribal fusion teachers on the world stage. With
workshops and performances she was invited to:

o Spain (Valencia, Barcelona),

o Italy (Venice, Milan),

o Bahrain (Manama),

o USA (Miami),

o India (Bangalore),

o Belarus (Minsk)

o Greece (Athens),

o Brazil (Sao Paulo),

o Mexico (Cancun),

o France (Nice) and others.

Kremushka's dance is known for its unique technique, strong energy and
unusual, recognizable features.
She boldly experiments in dance, creating her own characteristic style that leaves
no one indifferent.
